Our success stories

Shanti Sharma
ICF - PCC / EMCC Sr. Practitioner / Mentor Coach
Over time, I’ve come to realize that many modern Western frameworks are reflections of knowledge that our learned ancestors in India had discovered centuries ago. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way, we lost the art of building on and sharing this immense treasure.... I encourage you to explore this incredible workshop that blends coaching competencies with Indic Wisdom. Having attended it myself, I can say firsthand that both Krishna and April do a fantastic job of unraveling the essence of coaching through the lens of ancient Indian knowledge. This is not just a learning experience; it’s a journey that will deepen your understanding of both modern coaching techniques and timeless Indic principles. LinkedIn Post : http://surl.li/pxcdau

The kind of work I am doing is mostly related to spirituality and I was introduced into Coaching. Without Krishna’s program, I would’ve never seen the spiritual aspect of it. Why I like being a Coach or Why I like this process is because it is about something that you discover about yourself. It is more than something people do for Corporate Leadership or Productivity or some other reasons. I am so glad that this happened to me through this path. I still have to master a lot of things that Krishna has offered in his cohort. I don’t think I have embodied even 1% of it. I would like to specially mention April who is so dynamic, young and full of energy and the perfect partner for Krishna.

As an ICF accredited PCC coach & having worked with clients for over 1700 coaching hours, here’s my humble submission, there’s perhaps nothing new to know !! All the wisdom that we need is already within us. We realise, or our memory is kindled about what we know when we read literature or stories that resonates with us. Understanding Coaching competencies thro Indic Wisdom felt like home-coming. The 8 coaching competencies as prescribed by ICF, is a great way to be, not just for implementation during coaching practice. Lending Indic wisdom to decode it further, helped me embrace them authentically and surge forward on the journey to further embody them. Krishna & April are wonderful facilitators, who in fact walked the talk by partnering with us on the journey, instead of merely sharing the knowledge. As a vintage practitioner & teacher of yoga, Krishna introduces us to some good and effective ancient practises that help in the holistic development of the coach. This is a great program to invest in - whether or not one is an ICF coach.
