As in the living traditions, Yoga is taught as a system. Based on the level of the seeker, certification courses, retreats & workshops are offered through Shrimath Yoga.

 

Our alumni network is spread cross 45 Countries and as on January 2025, we have completed 91 batches of Yoga Teacher Training Courses.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a powerful Tantra practice thoroughly backed by neuroscience that induces deep relaxation while maintaining heightened awareness.

 

Trainers learn 7 level of Yoga Nidra and 4 levels of Antar Mouna. A course that is much sought out by Yoga teachers and Wellness professionals.

Pranayama

Pranayama is the art of conscious breathing, a vital yogic practice that enhances physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
