Yoga
As in the living traditions, Yoga is taught as a system. Based on the level of the seeker, certification courses, retreats & workshops are offered through Shrimath Yoga.
Our alumni network is spread cross 45 Countries and as on January 2025, we have completed 91 batches of Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
Stress Management
The Stress Management Course equips educators with Ayurvedic and modern strategies to manage stress effectively. It covers stressors, their impact on health, and practical techniques like diet, sleep, mindfulness, and herbal remedies.
