What is Antar Mouna?

Antar Mouna (Inner Silence) is a profound yogic practice for thought management, self-awareness, and deep meditation.

Deep Self-Awareness & Thought Mastery

Emotional Stability & Resilience

Progressive Practice for Transformation

Master the art of thought management and meditation through a structured six-stage practice. Develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and mental clarity, leading to deep inner peace and transformation.

What you will Learn?

Stages of Antar Mouna

Awareness of Senses

Practitioners develop heightened awareness of external stimuli and gradually learn to remain unaffected by them. This is the first step towards cultivating inner silence.

Observation of Thoughts

Without suppression or judgment, one observes the thoughts that naturally arise. This fosters self-introspection and lays the foundation for deeper self-awareness.

Thought Insertion & Disposal

The practitioner intentionally brings up past experiences, analyzes them, and releases them at will, gaining control over emotional and mental patterns.

Awareness of Spontaneous Thoughts

With practice, awareness expands, allowing premonitions and deeper intuitive insights to surface. Practitioners experience moments of thoughtlessness.

Sustained Thoughtlessness

The mind enters a state of deep stillness, free from mental chatter, creating a foundation for profound meditative states.

Awareness of the State of Consciousness

The final stage prepares the practitioner for Dharana (concentration) and higher meditative states, ensuring a smooth transition into advanced yogic practices.

You struggle with external distractions and want to stay calm and centered.

You seek to sharpen your perception and develop a witness-like awareness.

You need a safe way to process emotions and thoughts without suppression.

You wish to deepen your meditation practice and cultivate inner silence.
